I have worked in São Paulo’s high-end residential market since 2021, after a career in luxury retail in the Jardins district. That background shaped the way I read a property: proportion, finish, light and the kind of scarcity that cannot be reproduced.

My work concentrates on the city’s most established addresses — Vila Nova Conceição, Ibirapuera, the Jardins, Moema, Pinheiros, Alto de Pinheiros and Cidade Jardim. It is advisory rather than listing: fewer properties, examined properly, with discretion treated as a condition of the work.

For buyers arriving from abroad, that includes the part of the process that has nothing to do with architecture — documentation, remittance, timing — and access to opportunities that are never advertised publicly.
